Welcome to stylejoy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services at stylejoy.art (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

stylejoy lets you turn photos and drawings into stylized, retro-textured artwork that you can preview and export. Some sizes are available for free with a watermark; high-resolution and print exports require a paid purchase.

2. Accounts

To use certain features you must sign in (for example, with Google or by email). You are responsible for activity under your account. Please keep your sign-in method secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.

3. Your Content

• You own your content. You keep all rights to the images you upload and the artwork you create with the Service.
• Your responsibility. You must have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have permission to use.
• License to operate. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate and export your artwork). We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass payment, security, or access controls, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our permission.

5. Payments, Credits, and Access

• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal.
• A "single" purchase grants one high-resolution, watermark-free export. A "lifetime" purchase grants unlimited exports for the account that bought it.
• Access and credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
• We may change prices or features going forward; changes do not affect access you have already purchased.

6. Refunds

Because digital exports are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong — for example, you paid but did not receive access — contact us and we will make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to stylejoy and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exports will meet every expectation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stylejoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
